With temperatures set to soar this week, I’m guessing the majority of you will avoid turning on the oven. And I don’t blame you…28 degrees is hot enough, thank you very much…

But just because we have to suffer through the heat, doesn’t mean we have to do so without a little treat!

Chocolate Bark

If you’re not familiar with chocolate Bark, I think the best way to describe it is jazzing up a bog-standard chocolate bar. Simply melt your favourite chocolate, spread it out and top with something yummy – marshmallows, nuts, fruit, more chocolate…whatever your heart desires.
